​ An IWM therapist provides a holistic, person-centered, strength-based and empowerment approach that includes holistic psychotherapy, mind-body movement therapies, and mindfulness meditation. IWM therapists and consultants support you in improving your quality of life and wellness plan development. Therapeutic, educational and experiential groups and workshops are also available.




IWM Community  brings together well trained and experienced health care professionals and collaborates with existing physicians and wellness teams to create an integrative support system to honor the clients individualized needs and optimize their wellness plan.
Helping the Community: IWM Consultants, also help local practitioners with workshop development and network creation.
